Tracing the Local Foods of the Galilee to The Sources is a presentation I prepared to introduce the local foods of the Galilee to English-speaking audiences. Through personal stories, historical background and lush photos, I lead viewers on a journey I have made to see how ancient foodways described in the Bible are still practiced today. The presentation is 40 minutes long and is followed by a tasting of a Galilee specialty.
